<div>The TGA reviewed the material provided by the complainant and the relevant website. The TGA considered that the advertisement promoted the use or supply of a medicine and therefore was an advertisement for a therapeutic good. As the advertisement contained the offer of a sample of therapeutic goods the TGA considered that the advertising breached subsection 42DM(3) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and subsection 4(8) of the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2015.</div>
